Our History

Bay Ridge Property Management was founded in 2002 by Sam Corson, a Tampa native and life long resident. He holds an active Community Association Manager’s (CAM) license as well as a Florida Real Estate Broker’s license. He is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors.

Sam Corson has spent his entire career in real estate; he has owned and managed many multi-family apartment buildings, purchased, renovated and sold many single family homes, and acquired and held commercial property. He understands how to approach “shared ownership” property from a business perspective, maximizing return while keeping expenses in check.

He has also worked tirelessly in general brokerage assisting countless others in turning their dreams of home ownership and profit into reality. He knows the types of projects and improvements that will net the greatest gain in value for the dollar spent.

For the last fourteen years under the Bay Ridge name, Sam Corson has put his experience to work for you, the community association client.  Along with a highly dedicated staff, Bay Ridge Property Management has built a network of the best banking, insurance, legal, tax and property maintenance professionals specifically dedicated to and experienced in the unique challenges of condominium and townhome living.

Linda Lima joined Bay Ridge in 2013 as Office Manager bringing expertise in the fields of appraising and association servicing. In late 2015, Linda obtained her CAM license, increasing our ability and capacity to serve our clients.

Bay Ridge is currently accepting new clients! Transition fees are waived if your community joins our client family in the first quarter of your fiscal year. Call us today, let us meet with your Board and allow us the opportunity to serve your community’s needs; not just as your next property manager, but as the property manager you keep.
